Seen, Heard, Felt
When Art Meets Loneliness
A 2-hour experiential online workshop on loneliness, connection, and the quiet things we carry but rarely say out loud.
You don't need to be “good at art.” You just need paper, a pen, and a little willingness to show up for yourself.

Loneliness doesn't always look the way we expect
It can show up in the quietest moments — when a message goes unanswered, when a room feels too loud and you feel further away, when you can't quite name what's missing. It can sit beside you even with people who love you.
We rarely have the words for it. So we carry it silently, and assume everyone else has it figured out.
This is not a lecture about loneliness. It's an experiential space — you'll make art, reflect, and be gently witnessed. Less talking about feelings, more giving them somewhere to go.
This space is for you…
- ♡If you've ever felt lonely in a room full of people…
- ♡If words don't always come easily…
- ♡If you want reflection without it feeling too clinical…
No diagnosis, no prerequisite, no performance. Just a willingness to show up for yourself for two hours.

What happens inside
Two gentle hours, held with care — here's the shape of it.
Arriving & settling in
We open gently — a grounding moment to land in the space, with no pressure to perform or share before you're ready.
Guided art-making
Simple, guided creative prompts help you give shape to feelings that are hard to put into words. The art does the talking.
Reflection & witnessing
In a small, held group, you reflect on what surfaced — at your own pace. To be witnessed, even quietly, is the heart of this work.
Carrying it forward
We close with a small practice you can return to on your own, so the sense of connection doesn't end when Zoom does.

Your facilitators
Two practitioners holding the space with you — a collaboration between Artfelt Therapy and Counseling Canvas.
Divya Batra Masiwal
Art Therapist · Founder, Artfelt Therapy
Divya holds an MA in Clinical Psychology and brings years of experience using art as a doorway into emotions that words can't always reach. Her work is warm, unhurried, and deeply non-judgmental.
Rachita Jain
Counseling Psychologist · Counseling Canvas
Rachita brings a grounded, reflective approach to group facilitation, with a focus on emotional safety and gentle self-inquiry. Together, she and Divya hold a space where it feels safe to be honest.

From the first workshop
I came in not knowing what to expect and left feeling lighter. For two hours I felt genuinely seen — something I hadn't felt in a long time.
— Participant, first workshop
I'm not an 'art person' at all, but that didn't matter. The drawing gave me a way to say things I couldn't have said out loud.
— Participant, first workshop
Gentle, safe, and surprisingly moving. Divya and Rachita held the space so well that sharing felt natural, not forced.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need any art experience to join?+
Not at all. Seen, Heard, Felt is beginner-friendly and open to any artistic background. The focus is on the felt experience and reflection — never on making something that looks good.
Will I have to share?+
Only as much as you want to. There's always a 'you can pass' rule. Many people find the art itself does the sharing for them, and being quietly witnessed is enough.
What materials do I need?+
Just the basics you likely have at home: paper or a notebook, a pen, and any drawing materials (pencils, crayons, markers, or pastels). A short list goes out with your Zoom link before the workshop.
How do I get the Zoom link?+
Once you register and pay, you'll receive a confirmation by email and WhatsApp. The Zoom link and a short materials list are sent a couple of days before the workshop, with a reminder on the day.
