Seen, Heard, Felt.
When Art Meets Loneliness
An art therapy experience for anyone who has ever felt unseen, unheard, or alone — even in a room full of people. Join us for two gentle hours of guided art, reflection, and connection.

Loneliness is more common than we admit
Loneliness can show up in the quietest moments — when a message goes unanswered, when a room feels too loud, or when you cannot quite name what is missing. It does not always look the way we expect it to.
In Seen, Heard, Felt, we use art as a gentle entry point into these feelings. Through guided exercises and quiet reflection, you will explore what loneliness looks and feels like for you, and how creative expression can become a way to meet yourself with more compassion.
You do not need to be an artist. You only need to be willing to show up, exactly as you are.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need any art experience to join?
No prior art experience is required. Seen, Heard, Felt is a beginner-friendly art therapy workshop designed for adults of any artistic background. The focus is on the felt experience and reflection, not the finished artwork.
What materials will I need for the workshop?
Basics you likely already have at home: paper or a notebook, any drawing materials (pencils, crayons, markers, or pastels), and water-based colours if you have them. A detailed materials list is sent along with the Zoom link a few days before the workshop.
What is art therapy, and how does it help with loneliness?
Art therapy is a clinically-recognised modality that uses creative expression — drawing, colour, mark-making — to help people process emotions that are hard to articulate in words. For loneliness, art therapy creates a felt sense of being witnessed, both by yourself and by a small group, which can ease the cognitive and emotional weight of disconnection.
How long is the workshop and what is included?
The workshop is 2 hours long (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM IST) and held live on Zoom. Your ₹799 registration includes facilitation by Divya and Rachita, all guided exercises and reflection prompts, a small confidential group setting, and a personal art piece you create and keep.
Can I join this art therapy workshop from outside Mumbai?
Yes. The workshop is fully online via Zoom, so anyone in India (or with internet access) can join — including participants from Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, and beyond. The session runs on India Standard Time (IST).
Is art therapy the same as a regular art class?
No. An art class teaches you techniques to make better art. Art therapy uses art-making as a tool to explore and process emotion under the care of a trained facilitator. The goal is psychological insight and emotional regulation, not artistic skill.
